Are you serious? I highly encourage anyone to look else where for furniture. or R.S.....did nothing....please....don't kid yourself....its not worth it. I need to exchange a piece of furniture that doesn't match and they want to charge me almost the cost of the furniture to ship it back even though I want to exchange it and not return it for a credit. We did see the reviews, but decided to take the risk & I'm so happy we did. As other have found out...absolutely no customer care...they will drive you in circles until you give up or offer you a 5% discount to "go away".

I think they are out of New York City. Their website shows inaccurate information and they have the audacity to tell you it's your fault and you must deal with the item you've purchased.

My mistake-not reading every word carefully. Established in 1966. That's not the problem. Terrible customer service especially as you speak with management. I bought a table in 2017 with a 5 year warranty. We are a small family owned business since 1966 in Checotah, Oklahoma. I've been waiting since June. I've been told they don't know why I haven't received my money back. They are full of it and do nothing but make you regret your purchase. This company provides the worst customer service. I have spoken with 4 managers now and no one will assist me. BBB remains operational and focused on serving our business community.

After the third such email, I called to cancel our order and ask for a refund. stay away... one of the worst companies i've dealt with. The furniture is of very good quality.

I have no confidence they will ever fix this serious safety hazard. I ordered a a bedroom set on May **** 2020. The furniture took over 6 weeks to get to the delivery service, the delivery service was incompetent and unprofessional. We do get calls from people complaining about this other Coleman Furniture daily.

I took a risk because who buys furniture online?!? They will leave you out to dry and treat you to some of the most unethical business practices I've ever seen!We ordered an expensive bedroom set from them in early December 2018. My wife called instantly and they said sorry we already delivered. Contact the business for more information about recent service changes.

BBB reports on known marketplace practices. It took me about 2 hours to take everything apart and put it back together correctly.

Make sure to check the yelp reviews as they are the only real ones. At first,  I thought there is no way this furniture company is this cheap and provide the product ordered, but yes they do!

This company will deliver used and broken furniture to you then try and charge you for them to take it back after refusing to send a new property functioning piece of furniture (which is what they should be sending anyways).

After waiting for 9 weeks for delivery: they delivered the wrong color living room set.

They rushed around once it was set up cleaning up and had me sign a form that it had been delivered (and everything was present/we were satisfied). When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints. By far the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. It didn't even say it anywhere in the receipts!

The reviews are no lies! They then said that they would try to help, but not because they had to... and the free 5 years of insurance that doesn't cover this! Worst experience ever! When I asked to cancel they wanted 15% restocking fees on items they actually didn't deliver:/ oh yea also wanted to charge delivery fees on wrong items they delivered. BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. They had no idea what they were doing and asked to see a picture. They did not take responsibility for their delivery service and expected me to pay for storage fees as I could not take delivery on the two dates they gave me.

There is clearly a breakdown in their processes and procedures. Finally the bed arrived and the delivery team informed us that they were going to install the bed for us without any heads up or prior knowledge of said installation.

BBB files indicate that this business has a Pattern of Complaints concerning issues with the quality and delivery process for Coleman Furniture. Well, received the product ordered undamaged and it works! I guess we should have kept the 12 chairs and moved on.
