I love to use television in Spanish as a transition between English and Spanish time at home. I conceived the idea for Los Tweens and Teens in the midst of raising identical twin daughters as they reached first grade. The activities in this booklet are designed to have high appeal for girls and give them hands-on experience with environmentally focused projects. SWENext is a way for girls to become a part of the SWE engineering community as a student through the age of 18.
